Assisting with the Northern Europe Shared Service Centre Payroll processing with specific focus on Swedish Payroll.

What does the role involve?
As the Swedish Payroll Specialist you will manage and assist with the delivery of accurate payroll for the Swedish Marketing Organization, maintaining and developing the relationships and co-operation between HR, Finance and the outsourced payroll provider. You will work directly with the Finance team to ensure accurate recording of all payroll transactions and provide specialist pay and benefits advice to Business partners and senior managers.
You will support and assist on daily payroll related enquiries from employees and the business and will be liaising with the local government agencies, ensuring compliance of tax recording in relation to pay and integration of accurate control processes and full integration of ICS controls.

What you need is:
- Shared Service and outsourced payroll provider experience preferred
- Experience of Swedish Payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills including excel for payroll reporting
- Consistent track record of embedding change and continuous improvement
- Enthusiastic and self-reliant person
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in English both written & verbal
- Excellent data-management related skills (Excel)
- International mobility for longer term career progression outside of Sweden
